Convenient and secure parking is available to our patrons in Downtown Edmonton in the Manulife Place underground parkade. (102 St and 102 Ave)
Rates are:
-Weekdays after 6pm: $1.00
-Saturdays: $1.00 / 3 hours
-Sundays: Free

We’re sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you’re in the Edmonton area and would like to pick up your item, please indicate In-Store Pick-Up for your shipping method. Your order will be availible for pick-up at our Manulife Place location when you recieve your shipment email.
Shipping Outside of Canada
Presently, nightowllingerie.com only ships to the USA via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (cost a/p $30 CAD).
Track packages
Your tracking number will be sent to you via your shipment confirmation e-mail sent to you after your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.canadapost.com to check the status of your order online. Please note: It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the Canada Post website. If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm MT are processed the following business day.
- Canada Post Priority Next AM delivery only occurs on business days

RETURNS
Some items from Night Owl - Designer Lingerie can be returned. If you're not completely happy with something (with some exceptions), we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:
- It's returned in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attatched.
- Panties/Thongs - In the interests of hygiene, can not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Returns must be received by us within 20 days of the date you received your order. (10 days should be allowed for return shipping, so please make sure your return is posted within 10 days of receipt.) After this period, no merchandise can be returned.
- It's a non-returnable item, which you will be advised of.
- Shipping charges won't be refunded if goods are returned - but if goods are returned and if you've asked for replacement items, you won't be charged additional shipping when these are shipped.

Canceling My Order
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Night Owl representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
PAYMENT
nightowllingerie.com is required by Federal law to charge GST of 5% on all orders.
