Due to the nature (lingerie and intimate apparel) and delicacy of our products, many of our items are FINAL SALE. (Please note on description of item you are viewing - any product that says final sale - is a final sale). This will also apply to gifts.
Our Return Policy for all other orders (not marked final sale):
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If it is eligible for a refund or exchange, we need to be contacted first and then it must be returned in the same condition it was received, along with proof of purchase. (There are no exceptions to this.) This can be done in store or mailed to us at:

At this time we only ship to addresses in Canada and offer free shipping over $100.00. We ship Canada Post Expedited and will have a tracking number available. All shipments will be shipped out within 2 to 3 days of order. We require proof of delivery, so a signature will be required. If quicker shipping is required, there will be an extra charge.
All shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility. If you are shipping an item back that is over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance for value of item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Use of a winner’s name may be announced when a name was entered into a contest and a prize was received.
